Boston Van Hire now hires Cars too!
We like to keep things simple so the price we quote includes everything, apart from fuel! No deposit and no hidden charges to bump up your bill.
We require BOTH parts of your driving licence (Plastic Card + Paper Part).
Payment MUST be made by Credit/Debit card in Drivers Name. We no longer accept cash.

*Please note -If you have more than 6 points, 6 points for one offence or have been banned in the last 5 years for any reason we will need to refer you to our insurers before you take the vehicle. Please mention this at time of booking and we can normally sort this out for you.

The Office is open 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. Garage is open from 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday and 8am - 3pm Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. *UPDATED 16/07/2010
● 24hr Hire is any 24 hour period within our opening hours.
● Saturday to Monday Hire is after 9am Saturday to be returned before 9am the following Monday.
● Friday to Monday Hire is after 4pm Friday to be returned the following Monday before 9am. Vehicles may be collected earlier for an additional charge*
● Weekly Hire is any 7 days with collection and return within our opening hours.
● It is not possible to collect or drop off vehicles after 3pm on Saturday and we are closed on Sundays.
● Vehicles can be dropped off from 7.30am Monday to Saturday.
● Bank holiday long weekends will be charged as a normal weekend with any additional days included in the standard rates.

Basic Hirer Terms & Conditions. Full details are available at our office. We do not allow rental vehicles to travel outside the British Isles.
● Hire rates include VAT, drivers insurance and breakdown cover. No additional mileage charges.
● For cars and vans the minimum age for driver is 23, driving for at least 2 years.
● For a minibus the minimum age for driver is 25, driving for at least 2 years.
● Minibuses may not be used for Hire and Reward, i.e. the hirer may not charge passengers.
● Minimum I.D. required - current full UK driving licence plus payment by debit or credit card in drivers name.
● European and other licences may be accepted if accompanied by two recent proofs of local address plus payment by debit or credit car in drivers name.
● For any licences in an old address we require the existing driving licence plus two recent proofs of new address.
● We only accept payment by card in the Hirers name. No Cash payments are allowed.
● Licences with more than 6 points, been banned or have 6 points for 1 particular offence in the last 5 Years you may need to be referred for approval.
● Our insurance allows for a 2nd driver. We require a copy of their driving licence.
